If you have already installed the NetLines App

For iPhone users

  • Open the NetLines App
  • From the home screen, press the “gear” icon in the upper left hand corner to access your settings.
  • Click the “Reset Application” link at the bottom of the Settings page, which will close the App.
  • Re-open the NetLines App and enter enter the cell phone number provided during sign-up to finish setting up extension 101
  • You will receive a text message (SMS) to that number containing a PIN Code you will need to enter to provision your phone.

For Android users

  • Open the NetLines App
  • From the home screen, press the “Three Dot” icon in the upper right hand corner to access your settings.
  • Click the “Reset Application” link at the bottom of the Settings page, which will close the App.
  • Re-open the NetLines App and enter enter the cell phone number provided during sign-up to finish setting up extension 101
  • You will receive a text message (SMS) to that number containing a PIN Code you will need to enter to provision your phone.
